Mulenga: I was very skeptical at having my newest dog transported across the states from Phoenix to Kansas, but Red Ladder Bus was very nice and informative about the whole ordeal. There were lots of pictures and I was updated at any inconvenience. All in all I will definitely be using them again if I ever need to transport my baby hands down. If I could 100/10 stars! Jessica: The experience with Robin and Allan could not have been better. They were very responsive, sent me so many pictures and updated along the way and took such great care of my Goldendoodle, Gigi. She had freedom to lounge and snuggle with Robin as well as hang with the other animals on the trip. But also had a safe crate to sleep in at night. I would not hesitate to use then again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an animal transport. I promise you will not be disappointed. They were fantastic. (30lb Goldendoodle – Gigi)

Hollie: This was our first time transporting a puppy . I stressed about the decision, but I’m so glad we picked the Red Ladder Bus. This was the easiest transaction and they were so good to our sweet baby. They went over and beyond to meet our needs. Will definitely use them again and would recommend them to transport you for babies.

Jessica: Allan and Robin were absolutely amazing! This was my first time having a dog transported and I was extremely nervous and had a million questions!!! Robin and Allan worked with me this the point I backed out then pulled the trigger last minute and they accommodated! They sent pictures and videos and took very good care of my boy along with special instructions for him! The GPS could have been better but that’s expected with traveling across country. They were always able to be reached by text or call. They do travel with a cat at times so if you are allergic to cats it might not be the best fit but I’m sure they might be able to accommodate if communicated! Robert: Allan and Robin were exceptional! Zero complaints, only praise! We bought a puppy from out of state, so we were apprehensive to rely on someone else to bring her to us. But Allan and Robin made the whole process stress free. They were very responsive throughout the process and especially during the transport. They sent lots of photos and videos during their travels and kept us well informed of their progress. They shared their insights into our puppy’s personality, and with every text, we became more excited to meet her! I can’t recommend them enough! And the Red Ladder Bus is amazing! What a great way to transport your new puppy!! I’d rate them more than 5 starts if I could.

Jason: Ran into a delivery cancellation and only had hours to spare to get my black Labrador retriever puppy picked up. The Red Ladder bus came through and two days later our newest family member was playing in our living room. I want to thank them for doing this for us and I would highly recommend them anytime for any situation. Ty again

We had Tyson a 5 month, 90 lb Alaskan Malamute transported from Oklahoma to Washington State. We previously used air transport, but because of our dogs size that method was not an option. We contacted Red Ladder Bus Puppy Transport & setup transport. Setup was simple. Once they picked up our puppy they were communicating regularly & sending lots of pictures & videos of our puppies adventure. Tyson was delivered ahead of schedule & really happy, not stressed out like we experienced after picking our other puppies from an air cargo terminal. I definitely recommend using Robin & Allan & will use ground transport over air from now on! We give them: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
